The first two discs contain innovative live versions of various Crimson compositions as well as a unique cover of "Heroes" (Robert Fripp was the guitarist on David Bowie’s original).
Disc three is a hot collection of live improvisations showcasing the dexterity of each musician and the stunning results of an extremely tight quartet experimenting at their peak.
As a bonus, disc two is an enhanced CD containing 44 minutes of live concert video.
