This is the formula that fuels the University of Calgary’s field schools.

Earning course credit for travelling to different parts of the world seems too good to be true. Even while taking part in a field school it seems too good to be true. But it is! It is an opportunity available to university students regardless of faculty, year or even which university being attended.

Not only do you travel to different destinations around the world and see amazing places, you travel with a group of people in similar situations.

Interaction with the local people and learning about the local ways of life are inevitable.
