Attention all Dinos fans, there are now even more advantages to attending home games than a good ole dose of school spirit. Dinos Athletics will be hosting a $1,000 tuition giveaway contest every home game, sponsored by Food Services.
How can I win this money you ask? Here’s the deal.
During half time at football games, use your impeccable athletic ability to punt, pass and kick and every successful attempt could earn you $2,000. One thousand dollars of this goes to you, while the other $1,000 goes to a Dinos athlete drawn randomly by you, the winner. When it comes to basketball, the trick is sinking two out of three half-court shots. Last but not least is volleyball, where two out of three successful serves nets you the cash.
The first home football game is Sept. 12, basketball Nov. 21 and volleyball Oct. 23. So come check it out, show your skills and have a good time, because cheering on your Dinos could rake in some pretty sweet cash.
