Now that the University of Calgary Dinos have finished another season, it is time to reflect on the ups and downs of the nine teams that were in action over the winter semester — Pokémon themed, of course.
The Dinos swim team finished strong this year. In Canada West, the women’s team finished second, and the men’s team finished third. Dino Jason Block won the male athlete of the meet award. The male and female rookie of the year awards were given to Dinos Andrew Makosiej and Lindsey Delmar.
In the CIS championship meet, the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds took the male and female titles. The Dinos women took second place, and the men took third.
