The University of Calgary track and field team continues to run through their season with strong finishes in the team’s last two meets in Edmonton — the dual meet and the Golden Bear open. The Dinos took the top three positions in the women’s 300-metre dash in the dual meet on Jan. 8, with Jenn Zimmer capturing first. Sam Effah is one lightning-fast Dino to watch out for. With consistent results, Effah continues to capture records and is the current Canadian 100-metre dash champion.
