When you write “long term use can result in depression, changed personality and anxiety”, is that a result of long term marijuana use itself, or could it be a result of living as a target in an unjust war waged by your own government against you and your friends and supported by your tax dollars? Do long term Dutch smokers feel this same depression and anxiety in their tolerant culture? Somehow I doubt it.
