Sexism doesn’t sell

Give me a theme and I’ll go all out. I love to dress up, and I’m all for nudity. Last year’s “Porn Star Cab” had me in next to nothing, undies and men’s shirt, to be exact. So when I refused to go to the soccer cab last week, much less dressed as a “ho,” a lot of my friends couldn’t understand my reasoning behind it. Christine East’s article pretty much summed it up. The porn cab is the most obvious excuse to wear nothing and get away with it, but it’s not just females stripping down. The lack of clothing is even between the genders, and no one is being called a ho. Last time I checked, I pay to get into cabs, but if I’m expected to look like a whore, shouldn’t I be the one getting the cash?
